As a Senior Associate in Revenue Management Pricing Tools , you will help lead the development, testing, and roll-out of new tool functionality and bug fixes for JP Morgan Payments' Treasury Services Pricing Tools. You will become the team's subject matter expert in the functions of our various tools, the data that feeds into them, and the reporting and analytical products that they produce. You will not only act tactically in this roll-up-your-sleeves team environment, but also have the opportunity to think strategically and become a major stakeholder in the success of our Pricing and Revenue Management efforts.

Job Responsibilities

• Documenting requirements for new functionality and bug fixes based on input from stakeholders
• Working closely with Technology to ensure their understanding of requirements
• Developing and executing test plans for new functionality
• Providing support to users of the tools with training and office hours
• Assisting in management of the annual portfolio repricing event

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• 2+ years' experience in a Corporate environment; background in software development preferred
• Degree in quantitative and/or business discipline (e.g., economics, statistics, scientific fields, etc.) preferred
• Experience working collaboratively with teams and all levels of seniority
• Experience developing, evolving, and advancing projects on behalf of multiple stakeholders
• Applied experience and understanding of technical integrations
• Knowledge of the payments industry, including Treasury Services, Merchant Acquiring, and Commercial Card services preferred

The Pricing Strategy & Innovation team operates across these transformation pillars and the broader strategic agenda for J.P. Morgan Payments, including priority initiatives related to Onyx / Liink / JPM Coin, APIs / Open Banking, integrated industry solutions (e.g., for marketplaces), and many more. Our team works directly with the J.P. Morgan Payments global management team on their top priorities and collaborating across lines of business on the payments priorities for J.P. Morgan Chase broadly (e.g., including Chase). Broader team projects include developing growth strategies, assessing new product and market entry, designing organizational change, and performing strategic business deep dives.
