Job Description:
The Registered Nurse performs a variety of tasks related to ensuring clients receive the highest quality service.
Registered Nurse (RN) - Details:
- Hours: Full-time.
- Location: Winchester, VA; Martinsburg, WV; & surrounding areas.

RN - Duties:
- Quality Assurance: Perform service calls, in-home care assessments, and supervisory / quality assurance visits in clients’ homes.
- Client Case Management: Facilitate and monitor care for clients and CAREGivers’ logging of client activity; follow up on assignments and client services; and maintain accurate records in company software systems.
- CAREGiver Instruction: Introduce new CAREGivers to our clients; counsel CAREGivers on supervisory/quality assurance concerns after visiting clients; and provide RN supervision to address any concerns, as appropriate.
Requirements to be an RN at Home Instead:
- IMPORTANT: Have 5+ years' worth of nursing experience.
- Pass our vetting process.
- Possess a valid driver’s license & auto insurance.
