Essential job functions include:
- Providing leadership in problem solving and operations.
- Serving as a professional role model.
- Assisting with Resident assessments.
- Making rounds as needed.
- Coordinating with physicians, nurse practitioners and pharmacy as needed.
- Providing leadership to household nurses and nurses aides.
- Maintaining household census sheet.
- Assist with staff education as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Current license as a NYS Registered Nurse.
