RN Evening Supervisor/Charge RN (Full-Time/Part-time)| Skilled Nursing/Rehab | Fairport, NY

We are a well-established and highly respected skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Fairport, NY (15 minutes from downtown Rochester, NY) looking for full-time and part-time evening supervisors and charge RN's to work with our awesome nursing staff!

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Currently licensed in the State of New York as a RN – MUST be in good standing!
• College degree (2 or 4-year degree required for RNs)
• Demonstrable customer service skills and desire to be a part of a skilled nursing/rehab senior care community
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to skill nursing/rehabilitation
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work as a team player with professional and non-professional personnel
• Must be willing to “roll up their sleeves” and provide clinical care as needed including assisting on the units with medication administration as needed
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc. that are necessary for providing quality care.
• Desire to serve as a visible and productive member of the Crest Manor “family” including providing excellent customer service and care to the Crest Manor residents, their families, guests & visitors
• Ability to work well with other staff and provide supervision and direction to other RNs, LPNs, CNAs as well as interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible quality of care for residents
