- Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the nursing care of residents Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of residents Supervising the care given by CNAs, LPNs, and supportive staff members Participates in resident and family teaching/conferences Maintains role as resident advocate with a focus on the facility’s mission Requirements: Current NYS RN Licensure, BSN preferred but not required Minimum two years of experience in LTC or medical/surgical Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory capacity
