Available hours:

Monday : 7:45am - 1:30pm

Wednesday : 7:45am - 1:30pm

Friday : 7:45am - 1:30pm

Every other weekend: Saturday from 11am-5pm | Sunday from 8am-10am

Responsibilities

• Various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s or patient’s needs
• Providing assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, and light housekeeping.
• Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing
• G-Tube experience

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure OR Unencumbered license as a Practical Nurse in the state that care is being provider
• Licensed driver
• Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
