Help adolescents recover from mental health and substance use challenges at an 18-bed residential treatment center on a beautiful 100-acre horse farm in Killingworth, Connecticut.

Turnbridge is looking to hire a RN or LPN for this program, where your skills and care transform young people’s lives.

The schedule requires every Friday (overnight) and every other holiday.

Base Pay

RN: $40-$43 per hour with shift differential

LPN: $30-$33 per hour with shift differential

Primary job duties include:

• First and foremost, provide the best medical care to every patient
• Support clients in their medical treatment plans, including the administration of medication
• Communicate effectively with team members about medical matters
• Be a leader on the team!

Responsibilities: medication administration, assist with medication audit and calling in refills of medications, overnight safety checks, and up dating charts and patient folders as needed.

Please note: familiarity with DCF regulations is preferred but not required. The schedule involves overnights from midnight to 8 am, a time when you have opportunities to support patients who may be struggling with sleep, as well as wake-up time and early morning medication time.

The Killingworth team includes: psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, wellness coordinators, academic advisors, operations staff, kitchen staff, and more.
