We are currently seeking a skilled and licensed roofer to join our team.

Job Description: As a Licensed Roofer at ENCOR SOLAR, you will be responsible for holding a valid roofing license issued by the state of Nevada. In addition to ensuring compliance with local regulations, the ideal candidate will possess the expertise and experience to perform all aspects of roofing labor for our projects in the Las Vegas area.

Compensation: $1500-$1800 per month plus contractor would get all the revenue for the installations which could be hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Responsibilities:

• Hold a valid roofing license issued by the state of Nevada.

• Hold and maintain General Liability, Business Auto and Workmans Comp Insurances.

• Perform roofing installations and repairs in compliance with industry standards and building codes.

• Conduct roof inspections to assess damage, identify areas of concern, and propose suitable solutions.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.

• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Valid roofing license for the state of Nevada.

• Proven experience in residential and commercial roofing installations.

• Proficient in a wide range of roofing systems, including shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofs.

• Excellent knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and safety practices.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and withstand outdoor conditions.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
