Due to growth, we are currently seeking an entry-level Route Sales Driver for the Naples and Fort Myers area

Responsibilities include:

• Pick-up and delivery services of automotive wheels to existing AWRS customers
• Loading and unloading of wheels in a safe and efficient manner
• Expanding AWRS wheel routes by actively seeking out new customer opportunities
• Operate AWRS vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
• Dismount and remount wheels on vehicles

We are not looking for just anybody, but rather someone who is willing to combine their skills, and CAN-DO attitude to come and grow with us. You will be responsible for calling on assigned customers and developing relationships with automobile dealerships, automotive body shops and retail tire stores.

Requirements of position:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 or older
• 2 years of delivery/transport driver experience preferred
• Knowledge of jacking vehicles up and removing the wheel is a plus
• Ability to plan and stick to a route
• Good navigation skills with an ability to follow GPS directions
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Friendly and outgoing attitude
• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check
