Clean Uniforms and More! is growing! We are seeking a Client Service Representative/ Route Representative in Manchester, CT who is extremely independent and personable. We invite you to launch an exciting career with a local, growing, family-owned company.

Schedule: On route 4 days/week (Monday-Thursday). Daily schedules vary, based on the needs of our customers; early start times are sometimes necessary, and total weekly hours are projected to be between 45-50. Friday is also a work day, but dedicated to training/personal development, visiting customers to build relationships, selling additional services, renewing Service Agreements, etc. – opportunities for you to earn extra pay! This position requires NO NIGHTS or WEEKENDS with PAID HOLIDAYS!

As a Client Service Representative (CSR) you will be responsible for:

• Servicing your customers (the same every week) from a company-provided delivery vehicle (trucks like UPS/FedEx). This includes but is not limited to: restocking customers with clean garments, mats/rugs, and textiles; and picking up soiled items.
• Performing general account maintenance, including but not limited to:
• Completing inventories, modifying orders, collecting payments, and communicating inquiries to our Customer Service Team and/or account managers.
• Building strong relationships with your customers to achieve complete satisfaction and positive customer survey ratings.
• Following best practices set by the Company to ensure excellent service and quality is provided to our customers.
• Upselling additional products and services.
• Identifying potential leads for additional business.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Route delivery experience is preferred but not required
• Proven ability to provide service to customers and exceed their expectations
• Must be a good communicator with the ability to sell
• Detail oriented - every customer we serve has different requirements
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable using technology (such as handheld computers)
• Must meet pre-employment Federal DOT physical requirements and drug screening.
