This position is eligible for a $2000 retention bonus ($1000 paid after 6 months of service with the remainder paid after 12 months of service)

Salary Range

Dependent upon qualifications

$44,669.91 - $62,537.87

Position Summary

Perform intensive social work services to ensure the safety and protection of children involved in child protection matters within Isanti County. This position will focus on developing, assisting families to implement, and monitoring parental skills. This position will be embedded in the Isanti County Children's Services unit within their Health and Human Services Division at their Cambridge office. This position is collaborative in nature and requires working closely and being sensitive to relationships with local schools, Court Services, private providers, outside resources and internal programs at Isanti County and Canvas Health.

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in social work, psychology, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
• Knowledge of local social and human service networks
