Regional Account Executive needed to introduce onboarding and communications platforms for employee benefits. . Work with existing and develop new small to mid-sized public sector (government, social services, and private educator) and commercial and association groups. Market all aspects of employee onboarding, benefits communication, and enrollment from product selection to one on one employee communication. A full and independent portfolio gives you access to nationally recognized carriers for medical, dental, vision, employee and employer-paid life, ancillary, and support products such as FSA/HRA/ICHRA and payroll. Our local office supports you in key areas such as pipeline support, marketing, quoting, proposal development, and presentations. A full, professional, structured, and ongoing training program will guide you. We design marketing and communication for your success. Compensation is a percentage of all commission generated (new and existing). Commissions immediately paid on assigned groups. Commissions may be vested for lifetime income depending on situation.
You will help in three key areas:
- Service . We will assign you a regional group of accounts that are already active and producing commission incomes. As the Account Executive you will begin to receive part of those commissions. Your goal will be to continue to market to these groups and help with additional sales and service.
- Market . Help us explain to our clients all that we do in terms of providing benefits, communication, and superior customer service.
- Growth . Help us grow our block of business and add to it. Each time you do you will increase your personal income.
Requirements needed to be considered for the position:
- Past history of success
- Ability to listen and analyze communication
- Personal organization
- Willingness to learn and accept training and coaching
- Past history of success in working with a team of support and management professionals
- Working knowledge of computers, sales tracking platforms, and social media
- Ability to obtain NC Life, Accident, and Health license within 30 days of contracting

- Ability to make friends with clients
- Aggressive and high pressure personality focused only on sales goals
