RELIANTCY is seeking a sales account rep who possesses a strategic mindset with a proven track record providing services in workforce hiring and compliance.
A minimum of 3 years’ sales experience or equivalent industry-related account management a must. Having an existing client base is a strong plus.
RELIANCY provides a software platform which incorporates DOT/Non-DOT drug testing services along with background screening, various employment verifications and compliance training.
Primary Functions & Skills:
- Implement sales initiatives for new growth opportunities with assigned prospects.
- Build relationships and develop future networks that support an achievable $1M sales quota per year.
- Plan, develop and execute marketing efforts to increase overall sales.
- Strong computer skills using CRM and other data management tools.
- Ability to use the Internet as a research tool.
- Effectively interact and communicate with coworkers, clients, and vendors.
Job Requirements:
Preferred Level
- 3 years’ experience in Software and/or Services Sales and Account Management
- Knowledge of CRMs, Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace
- Experience working remote
