We provide culinary entertainment to kids, families, and adults in a fun, beautiful, and state-of-the-art Kitchen Studio. Kids ages 2 to teen love our hands-on cooking classes, camps, birthday parties, and field trips. Adults love our BYOB date night cooking classes, birthday parties, bachelorettes, showers, and corporate events. Our innovative programs are as entertaining as they are educational! - Responsible for the sales and booking of all cooking classes and private events
- Answer the phones and respond to email inquiries promptly to find the “right fit” for our clients
- Have a strong sales focus and be able to promote all offerings
- Optimize our schedule to achieve maximum revenue
- Manage day-to-day communications between our clients and our events team
- Create the schedule for our event team
- Track and meet monthly sales goals. Run reports to analyze and track data for our Kitchen's sales and utilization.
- Maintain the office in good working order
- As a small business issues may arise that may not directly relate to what is described above come up and you will be asked to assist in their resolution. In some cases, you may be asked to assist in our cooking classes.
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience including administration and client-facing experience
- Experience with sales and marketing is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills Must be a people pleaser
- Sparkling personality with a smile on your face the majority of the time.
- The uncanny ability to see opportunities and solutions in the face of a challenge.
- Self-starter who wants to be a part of a great team
- Relentless problem solver and will constantly be assessing and resolving both simple and complex challenges.
- Familiarity with Apple computers and google docs.
- Must enjoy the atmosphere of a small business
