The Sales and Marketing manager plans and oversees the activities of the company’s sales and marketing strategies including advertising, direct mail, email campaigns, events, B2B relations, and social media. Responsibilities include both B2B and B2C marketing programs and collaborates and works closely with the General Manager.

Specific Duties:

· Manage the company B2B dealer program.

· Implement marketing campaigns and tactics as scheduled.

· Oversee the production of the company’s collateral materials.

· Organizes trade show events.

· Works closely with outside vendors on special marketing projects.

· Oversees the company’s website.

· Communicates with customers in person, phone and email.

· Annual budget development and other projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills

· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications but not required:

· Prior experience in a Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related role

· An interest in Hunting, Fishing and/or Outdoor Sports a big plus
