A fragrance manufacturer, located in Middlesex NJ, is on the search for a personable Marketing and Sales Coordinator/Admin. to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to enter into and growth within the fragrance industry!
The candidate in this position will initially work in Middlesex NJ but must be comfortable commuting to Hackensack NJ, as the organization will be moving operations to Hackensack this fall.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Process sample requests in SamTrack/ProCIS, UL Prospector, Knowde, HubSpot and the sales team.
- Assist the sales team with documentation support for customer project.
- Generate sales and samples report monthly/quarterly for strategic partners.
- Provide pricing, marketing sheets and general documents to customers and sales team.
- Assist with PowerPoint product presentations.
- Create and format new marketing product sheets for customers.
- Contact FedEx/UPS for delays in shipments.
- Lead samples room meetings, analyze raw materials, and make sure inventory is up to date.
- Coordinate trade show presence, set up on site, attend industry trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
- Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management software and data analysis.
