Sales Associate

Looking for a sales associate in high energy gym environment.

We are looking for an awesome HIGH ENERGY Sales Associate to join our team and become part of our fun and supportive fitness community. If you are personable, friendly, dedicated and passionate about fitness and changing lives - this role is for you. The ideal candidate has sales experience at another gym or studio. If no experience in this exact realm, then at least 1 year of customer service experience and sales in retail, cars sales or similar environment.

We are currently seeking high energy, passion filled, and sales motivated individuals who are fitness minded and have a love for community.

Requirements:

· Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required

· Must have genuine hospitality and passion for people

· Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail

· Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

· Must have proficient computer skills

· Must have flexibility for a non-traditional schedule including some holiday, early-morning and weekend availability

Responsibilities:

· Provide top of the line service to all new and existing members via new sales or upgrades

· Execute sales and hospitality process of first time member experience, follow up, and close

· Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production

· Work collaboratively with studio management

· Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club

· Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills

· Maintain brand standards and initiatives
