Sales Executive

Location (s): South Plainfield, NJ & NYC, NY (Onsite)

Full Time Role

JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to:

· Visit with clients at their offices and in other offsite locations around the tri-state area. Also, can be via phone and video conference although this is slowing down.

· Maintain records of all activities in our CRM, HubSpot.

· Attend weekly sales meetings at and keep the company abreast of your weekly activities, news on projects, and issues both positive and needing attention with our customers.

· Oversee the development of RFP responses, proposals, and other customer communications,

· Attend networking events, marketing events, and other gatherings to promote our brand and services.

· Achieving Activity and Sales Targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Having worked in and around the construction accounts in the tri-state area is a huge plus. Have a working knowledge of the large-scale construction industry. Knowledge of the key players in the industry (NOT A MUST HAVE but preferred)..

· Will have accomplished the following:

o Experience independently closing individual projects with revenue over $1M

o Average deal size $500K-3.0M

· Ability and experience selling to all levels within the organization including C-Suite level.

· Experience managing and directing the entire sales cycle from beginning to close.

· Track record in closing large, complex deals.

· Candidates will be strategic in finding new business using technical knowledge and skillset.

· Have well-established analytical and technical ability and experiences.

· Good executive presence, communication skills, and credibility

· Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned goals and targets.

· Attentive to forecasting and business reporting responsibilities.

· At least an intermediate level in using Microsoft Office products. Especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Outside sales: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Construction industry: 3 years (Preferred)
