Sales Executive / Marketer for Private Duty Home Care

We are EXPANDING to more territories! Become part of a RECESSION-PROOF INDUSTRY! We are one of the fastest growing private duty agency in Illinois and we are looking for more fresh college grads or seasoned/experienced Sales Person / Nurse Liaison to join our GROWING team & represent our company positively in the community as well as to drive and maintain business goals within the in-home care market. Plenty of open territories to fill!

RN / LPN / MSW / LCSW / Case Managers with entrepreneurial skills are welcome to apply. Fresh college graduates with the right attitude are also welcome to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Have daily in-person contact with clients located throughout your assigned territory where the major goal is to grow the area.
*Demonstrate exceptional clinical skills (if an RN or MSW), interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and problem solving
*Seek and develop marketing opportunities in the community thru already established contacts, referrals, networking, etc.
*Establish working rapport with doctors, health care managers (or referral sources) in your assigned territory
*Conduct presentations for current clients, potential clients, and colleagues
*Must demonstrate working knowledge of health care in home and institutional setting(s)
*Requires outstanding organizational skills, and a service attitude towards the community
*Excellent written and oral skills
*Ability to handle confidential patient information and sign a confidentiality agreement
*Requires a valid driver's license, dependable transportation and insurance
*Business development minimum goals must be achieved.

*Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Required: 1-2 years successful sales and relationship-building experience in home care sales, home health sales, hospice sales or sales for an assisted living facility or related health care business is required.
  • FRESH GRADUATES with sales experience may apply
  • Must have proven track record of obtaining home health referrals from valid sources
  • Good business acumen
  • Existing relationships with referral sources is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to achieve productivity goals with minimal work direction
  • Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications, Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Flexible working skills/schedule and the ability to support business needs as required

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to write routine reports and required correspondence as required by the organization. Ability to respond professionally on behalf of the organization. Must be able to appropriately respond to and maintain confidential information at all times. Fluid knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.

Must also demonstrate a sense of understanding and urgency for priorities.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office/home environment.
Moderate physical activity, occasional lifting up to 25lbs (marketing give-aways or lunches) standing or walking for more than 4 hours per day. Ability to travel on a daily basis through the entire service area if needed, to keep in touch with referral sources and new clients.

COMPENSATION:
Salary will be in the form of a base plus a generous commission structure. Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits package including 2 weeks paid vacation + health and dental insurance.
