At Bullet Point Network ("BPN"), we Quantify Stories using our patented software and experienced fundamental analyst team. Our clients are partner-level decision-makers in private equity, venture capital and concentrated public equity funds, as well as the CEO and board members of their portfolio companies.

As a result, they end up doing too much in their heads.

BPN’s strategic scenario model software addresses these problems by mapping evidence directly to assumptions, allowing the investment team to debate and update evidence over time, incorporate a centerpoint and range for each key driver, build a complete set of logical cases for future cash flow and exit valuation, and quantify the odds of upside and downside based on assumptions transparently controlled by the decision maker and supported by evidence.

Job Description

We are currently looking for someone comfortable talking about financial analysis, valuation and investment decision making, and comfortable introducing our ground-breaking software solution to senior private equity and venture capital investors and portfolio company CEOs.

We need you to engage qualified prospects, maintain our client pipeline, demo our software, close engagement mandates and support demanding clients, alongside our analyst team and CEO. In addition to your base salary and benefits, your bonus will be based on a % of the revenue generated from clients you successfully close into SoWs, retain as users on our SaaS platform and engage into project-based research services.

Revenue-based Bonus and equity upside potential are uncapped.

Responsibilities and Duties:

You should be comfortable engaging with partner-level fundmanagers, experienced senior analysts and C-level executives. You will engage qualified prospects, prepare pitch materials, deliver demos that highlight the power of BPN, obtain meetings with decision makers, and work with our analysts to close engagement mandates and support demanding clients.

You need to deliver a 3-5 meetings per week with qualified prospects, lead demos along side our expert analyst team, follow-up effectively, oversee the drafting and execution of our MSAs and SOWs, and monitor client engagement on the BPN platform.

You will maintain our CRM contacts and pipeline in HubSpot, oversea marketing campaigns via email and social media, monitor project activity and SOW due dates, produce quarterly action plans, and deliver annual client revenue budgets.

You will collaborate and provide client/user insight to our product manager to prioritize ongoing product development, and improve the overall BPN client experience.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of 2 years solution-based sales experience, preferably to private equity, venture capital or within a professional services firm.

Self-starting individual who is a quick learner, comfortable mastering the basics of our proprietary software and providing user experience feedback.

An investment, banking or consulting background and/or comfort with financial analysis is a plus. Working knowledge of spreadsheets, powerpoint and g-drive tools are a must; Familairity with investment memos and investment decision making process at private equity funds and venture capital firms is a plus.

Our groundbreaking solution can massively enhance the research,analysis and monitoring process for fundamental investors, but they are comfortable using memos, spreadsheets and simple forecasts. You need the tenacity to get to the decision makers and effectively overcome objections to new approaches.

We deal with senior people, who often have very highstandards. You need the gravitas to engage with successful people at this level.

Candidates will be required to provide references and discuss their educational credientials and specific professional results from relevant prior roles.

Compensatiion and Benefits

Competitive Base Salary commensurate with experience. Annual bonus formula based on revenue generated over the lifetime of engagements, Revenue-based bonus formula has no cap and includes SaaS revneus, research services and any incentive carry/warrants received from clients sourced and closed.

Potential for profit sharing and BPN equity award for candidate who can produce scalable results, train others and effectively manage a high-performance team or build and maintain a substantial book or recurring SaaS revenue.
