This is a W-2 base salary plus commissions/overrides position.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Our Solar Sales Manager will help hire, train and manage a team of Solar Sales Advisors. As a working manager, they will help work leads and run company appointments and help close sales. These are in-home appointments conducted face to face.

At Bulldog Solar, individuals should be goal-oriented, entrepreneurial-minded and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. Those chosen for this position will have the opportunity to take our highly effective and proven training and apply it to your hand-picked Sales team for motivation, growth, and consistent results. We expect our Sales Managers to lead by example and set the bar for excellence.

Our current Solar Sales Managers previously worked in such industries as: Pest Control Sales, Window Sales, Roofing Sales, Solar Sales, Restaurant Management, Outside Sales, In-Home Sales, Energy Sales and Home Security Sales just to name a few! BULLDOG BENEFITS:

Our Bulldog Solar Sales Managers will receive the following:

• W2 base salary of $50k plus commission and overrides
• Benefits at 60 days including medical, dental , vision and 401k

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years in-home sales experience
• Minimum 2-3 years outside sales experience
• Minimum 2-3 years leadership experience
• Solid, verifiable work history
• Excellent verbal & written communications skills
• Ability to pass a mandatory background check
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance & reliable personal transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
