We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, recruit a team that shares in our culture, and leading a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a proven track record of success in sales, and the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems, and create route density in weekest areas we service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet goals.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and motivate sales team.
• Set sales targets and monitor performance against those targets.
• Develop marketing plans to promote products and services.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings.
• Oversee sales department and help motivate sales team.
• Strong communication with owner and office staff.
• Willingness to go above and beyond job duties.
• Generates Enthusiasm and bring out the best in a salesman.
• Honesty and Integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year
