• What we are looking for: SmartphonesPLUS is looking for an individual that is sales and customer service oriented. You will be responsible for selling cell phones, tablets, and a variety of device accessories. Must be able and comfortable with upselling accessories and adding attachment to each sale.

Base Pay + unlimited commission, bonuses, & tips!

Daily Tasks Include:

- Help customers find the right phone, tablet, or accessories that fit their needs.
- Community and customer outreach to drive sales.
- Help grow brand recognition on a daily basis.
- Accurately use our point of sale (POS) software to record sales.
- No techincal/repair experience required. This is a sales position.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
• Able to build quality relationships with customers.
• Results-oriented. Must be able to meet and increase monthly sales goals.
• Able to manage and be responsible for day-to-day operations of the store. (opening/closing procedures, answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media)
• Proficient in the use of Google Apps & Microsoft Excel.
• Self-motivated and strong work ethic.
• Provides customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem solving ability.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A flexible schedule.
• Responsible.

Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service
• 2+ years of sales, management, and/or marketing experience

Work environment:

• Retail in Cedar Rapids, IA
