Club Pilates, a national leader in luxury fitness, is looking for amazing talent to join our team and seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead our Westmont, IL studio to success!


POSITION: The Sales Manager will oversee all studio functionality from sales to studio operations, training staff, scheduling and report to Franchise owner_ on a daily/weekly basis.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred. This is a sales-focused position.

  • Confident in generating personal sales and supervising Sales Reps

  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships, private training and retail

  • Previous management or supervisory experience required

  • Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone

  • Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit

  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement

  • Solid writing and grammar skills

  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and organized

  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information

  • Ability to work harmoniously with Franchise Owner, co-workers, clients and the general public

  • Proficiency with computers

  • This is a full-time in-studio position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and a weekend day required and holiday availability as needed.

DUTIES:

  • Make daily phone calls and follow the sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes as needed; expectation is to have full intro classes each week

  • Manage membership and retail sales of staff

  • Hire/Manage all sales staff and manage staff and class schedules

  • Independently make decisions related to high level customer service

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio

  • Enforce studio policies and procedures

  • Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions

  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio

  • Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking within the community

  • Any other duties as assigned
