Electronic Sign Supply Corp. is growing its USA team and is looking for good Entry-Level Inside Sales Representatives with great customer service skills for one of the main Equipment & Supply companies in the country. The Company is expanding in our territories, and we are in immediate need of dedicated Entry-Level Inside Sales Representatives with ambitious goals.

About Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative's Position:

You will be the bridge between the company and the customer. You'll have the choice to participate in a career track to management. A training program that promotes from within, designed to give you full control of a successful career path with the company from day one. Our representatives do not cold-call or solicit for clients; instead, we have a large list of existing customer base and/or New Leads in North America and we help provide them with the best in-class Equipment & Supplies. Generate business (B2B) opportunities and build sales pipeline through outbound activities and qualify prospects in terms of their needs, goals, and business environment. Be responsible for hitting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics/targets. Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions after onboarding which includes sales training, systems training, and product training. We will train you on everything you need to know to be successful!

Job Type: Full-time Office, onsite position

Office hours: Work/life balance (This role is 40 hours a week, Monday- Friday)

• English (Bilingual is a plus)

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing)

• Basic Computer knowledge (Office 365)

• Minimum experience, but strong motivation and desire to learn

• Work ethics, Outgoing, fun & energetic with an upbeat personality

• Accountability and coachability

• Time management skills

• Pass a criminal background check
