Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative at WildFire, LLC, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our business partners in the cannabis industry throughout Maine. Your excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction will contribute to our company's growth and success. Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads, delivering orders and samples, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts with adult-use retail stores, manufacturers, and other cannabis-related businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Maine cannabis market, targeting adult-use retail stores, manufacturers, and other relevant businesses.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
· Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the quality and benefits of WildFire LLC's cannabis products.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to state regulations.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including production, packaging, and management, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to stay informed and adjust sales strategies as needed.
· Attending industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent WildFire, LLC and expand our client base.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop and achieve sales targets and goals.
· Create sample packs to be delivered to Adult-Use licenses.
· Deliver sales orders and sample packs to Adult-Use licenses.
· Operate and have a high understanding of our third-party software, Canix, and in connection, METRC.
· Act as an ambassador for WildFire, LLC’s brand, maintaining a positive attitude and fostering a welcoming environment for all clients.
· Hold and maintain a valid Individual Identification Card (IIC) as required by The Office of Cannabis Policy (OCP).
· Upholding the standards set in place by WildFire, LLC’s handbook, and policies.
· Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing the sale of cannabis products in Maine.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cannabis industry or a related field.
· Strong understanding of the Maine cannabis market and regulations.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
· Must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Maine state law.
· Be able to pass a comprehensive background check for the IIC and internal processes.
· Be vaccinated for Covid-19 and have a vaccination card.
