Title: Sales Support Principal
The Impact:
Part of a team enabling sales reps and managers to improve productivity of sales processes through automation, streamlining and other enhancements to allow for optimal sales performance. Collaborating with team members in other regions; develop and execute best practices for sales operations to enable and improve sales operations productivity.
Responsibilities :
Delivery of training to sales colleagues on functionality and use cases for sales tools including SFDC and various sales enablement applications
Development and implementation of sales operational policies and procedures
Support the Asia Pacific and other sales teams as required in regular sales forecasting, quota management and management reporting
Support team goals by working towards enhancement of functionality in SFDC.com, Tableau CRM, etc.
Development of reports and dashboards for sales ops designed to improve productivity and provide visibility. Identify continued areas of opportunity for productivity enhancements
Timely response to sales and sales operations queries with appropriate follow up and escalation where required
Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key- personnel
Perform ad-hoc duties where required.
What We’re Looking For:
Associates Degree or higher and/or equivalent work experience
Sales Operations experience preferred
SFDC CRM experience required with focus on reporting/dashboards
Knowledge in all MS Office applications with advanced skills in MS Excel
Highly organized and capable of effectively prioritizing tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Power skills:
Must have the ability to interact professionally.
Must have the ability to work under limited supervision.
Must be detail oriented.
Ability to document processes and procedures.
Travel: Ad hoc only

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $72,720 to $93,178. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
