The ideal candidate will work directly with our CRM, leading multiple ongoing technical projects at a time, and providing solutions that are highly usable and scalable.   • Salary - $70,000 to 90,000 base


What will you do in the role?

  • Perform other administrator tasks as needed (updating workflows, process builders, validation rules, etc.)
  • Lead additional Salesforce architecture development and design, data cleanliness and integrity, building sales methodology and process into Salesforce, testing and deploying new processes
  • Create and manage all aspects of user security; profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules
  • Provide quality assurance testing of business applications and reports on as needed basis
  • Support multiple departments in the areas of application configuration e.g., enhancing and creating reports and dashboards
  • Develop training materials and provide training and support to end users
  • Sharing ad hoc reports and analysis on excel on specific metrics to share with function heads

To be a good fit for the Salesforce Administrator opportunity, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology or related field
  • 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience in a B2B / SaaS / Technology or Start-Up environment preferably in logistics, supply chain, or an adjacent industry
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification nice to have
  • Comfortable speaking and interacting from a training perspective
  • Proficiency in all parts of Salesforce’s configuration space, including native and custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, alerts, process builder actions, third-party technology integrations, user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings
  • Experience designing and maintaining an implementation that supports cross-functional teams, multiple product and service lines, and various sales motions (new sales, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in following tools or equivalent: Salesforce Cloud, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize those that are most critical and produce the most leverage, and communicate clearly to business partners
  • Ability to interpret system / business requirements and prepare specification and design documents
  • An understanding of the sales process to better align changes to the CRM platform
  • Enthusiastic about data, reporting, and data visualization
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise (pivot table, v lookup, formulas, etc.)
  • Able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally in a clear and easy-to-understand way
