We specialize in Sugaring (organic waxing) Our salon is bright and filled with good vibes and we are looking for someone who can be the face of our salon and represent us well.
We are looking for someone sociable, who loves people. Must be able to engage with our clients and explain the services and the products for aftercare. Great customer service is a must to qualify for this position.
We are located in Aventura/North-Miami.
The job:
-answering the phone, text messages / greeting each customer and socializing with customers before and after their service.
-must have great communicative skills.
-must present yourself in a professional matter.
-assisting the aestheticians with check outs.
-keeping the entire salon clean and amazing at all time.
-being able to deal with difficult or unhappy customers in a professional way.
-working closely with the Inventory Manager.
