Overview of the role
The Scheduling and Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting an innovative and high performing Recruitment team through sourcing, scheduling, and delivering best in class candidate experience to a diverse set of the world’s top talent. This individual will play a key role in the day-to-day execution of The Trevor Project’s recruiting strategy, while developing strong stakeholder relationships and maintaining effective communication channels. The Scheduling and Recruitment Coordinator will partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support their hiring goals and play a critical role in the expansion of this fast-growing, life-saving organization.

What you'll do
- Provide administrative support throughout the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles within the organization, including scheduling interviews, updating our internal applicant tracking system, and collaborating with candidates at various stages of the interview process
- Source, engage, and nurture active and passive talent through various tools including Resume Databases, Boolean Searches and alternative search techniques to identify qualified candidates
- Complete administrative tasks to input relevant data and next steps on team documents, spreadsheets, and Trevor’s ATS system
- Clearly articulate to external audiences Trevor’s mission, the work that we do, and the opportunities for amazing people to join Team Trevor
- Build intellectual capital and keep up-to-date with key market trends and competitive intelligence
- Complete regular audits of Trevor’s job postings, hiring folders, and internal documents
- Execute a candidate experience reflective of Trevor’s culture and values
- Support in delivering interview training to all Trevor team members participating in interviews
- Facilitates communication and collaboration with the people operations team
- Analyze and use data and metrics to help inform decisions to improve The Trevor Project’s ability to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent
- Serves as a resource for Trevor recruitment policies, procedures, and practices.
