Local company looking to hire a Scheduling/ Customer Service Representative to our team immediately.

Full time, Hours will be M-F 12-8pm

Remote , work from home position. Must live in CT.

Office is located in Newtown , CT

We need someone to handle inbound and outbound calls.
Our CSR's handle approximately 70 calls a day

Making appointments and handling confirmation calls.

Candidates must be reliable, able to multi task,
able to communicate clearly and confidently on the phone.

Must also be able to sit for long periods of time, use a headset.
Able to use google mail and spreadsheets.

Attention to detail is critical

Mhelpdesk experience a plus

References will be checked.
Candidates must be able to pass background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
