RESPONSIBILITIES

Phalen Leadership Academies is now seeking full-time School Custodians for our Thea Bowman Leadership Academy location. The School Custodian performs day-to-day cleaning and maintenance of school facilities and grounds-keeping; and ensures that buildings are safe, in good repair, and operating efficiently. Our School Custodians play an essential part in our educational system, and we value their contributions.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years' experience performing maintenance work.
• 1+ years’ experience working in a school environment, preferred.
• Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Must work indoors and outdoors year-round.
• Demonstrated passion for and commitment to Phalen Leadership Academies

Location: Thea Bowman Leadership Academy 3401 West 5th Ave, Gary, IN
