Clearance: Interim Secret needed to start Responsibilities:

• Facilitate agile scrum ceremonies, such as daily standup, planning, retrospectives, and reviews with the product owner, development team members, and relevant stakeholders to ensure that planned work is well defined, articulated, understood, and delivered
• Collaborate with members of the product team to create and manage backlog items
• Coordinate with Department security and governance boards to ensure ongoing compliance with Department standards and mandates
• Responsible for coordination across partner scrum teams, including collaboration with other scrum masters and development teams
• Manage requirements and creating user stories with input from the technical team members, the customer, and partner teams
• Coordinate tasks include tracking delivery, implementation, and ensuring operations and security protocols, policies, and procedures are followed for compliance
• Responsible for the quality, content, and prompt delivery of all tasks and contractual deliverables associated with the project
• Instruct, guide, and mentor team members in the usage of Microsoft Azure DevOps for the purposes of planning and tracking platform work
• Coach a continuous improvement mindset and recommend adjustments to established delivery practices
• Ability to identify, articulate, and escalate risks and issues and track towards resolution with required stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Product Team, ensure cohesion and coordination, and address and resolve risks and issues
• Interface and communicate with key stakeholders in a professional, business-oriented setting

Qualifications:

• Understanding and experience in agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps or similar
• Experience and understanding working in an information technology environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and business stakeholders
• Experience developing technical briefs and presenting at the executive level
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Experience and understanding working with analytics platform tools, including data ingestion, storage, analytics, and visualizations tools
• Experience coaching agile teams in adoption and improvement in agile tools and processes
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, and/or Project Management Professional
