What you will be doing:
- Apply Lean principles to guide cross functional teams.
- Facilitate daily stand ups and sprint planning meetings.
- Coach team on lean, agile and scrum best practices and principles.
- Proactively identify and eliminate roadblocks through process and workflow improvements.
- Manage scope, goals, and timeline.
What you need for this position:
- 3-5 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master
- 2+ years in Agile Environment
- Professional Scrum Master Certification
- 4 - year Bachelor's Degree
