Job Summary

Technical Support Agents handle incoming calls and emails relating to payroll and tax support. The job will be five days a week (Monday - Friday), full-time (40 hours). The hours will be 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Eastern Time.

This position will be remote.

This position is temporary / seasonal. Duration is approximately December through approximately February.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent email, phone, and live chat based support
• Schedule and provide client walkthroughs or training sessions upon client request

Job Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to use proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar when writing emails
• Good communication skills on the phone
• Self-starter that is both reliable and committed
• Ability to quickly learn a number of new websites and software programs
• Software and website support desired
