· Answer phones promptly and direct calls and uses good judgment to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner.

· Provide information to callers, greet persons entering company and monitor visitor access and security awareness.

· General administrative clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and filing.

· Provides direct administrative and operational support to daily work of department leaders and staff.

· Effective meeting scheduling and management including calendar and time management.

· Serves as a liaison to the department while providing administrative support for department initiatives to achieve department goals and increase efficiency.

· Handle administrative requests and queries from managers

· Entering Data into software used by our company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
