What You Will Be Doing
As a remote guard, you will be securing our client's properties across the USA with AI technology. The unique software allows an operator to protect multiple properties at the same time. When a potential crime is detected you will use 120 dB speakers on the property to provide a descriptive audio message to remove the threat. You will also be expected to communicate directly with our clients, police, and on-site security guards regarding what is happening on a property through phone calls and incident reports. Your in-office attendance is very important to this position.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate security cameras with the assistance of AI technology
- Clearly communicate with clients, on-site security, and police
- Provide descriptive and aggressive audio messages to remove trespassers Write incident reports for clients
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate a PC
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment
- Prior security experience is a plus
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work holidays
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
Location
Downtown Salt Lake City office. There are no work-from-home positions available.
