Location: RemoteJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $53 - 58 per hourCella is looking for a skilled and motivated Marketing Manager, Clinical Segment Marketing, Oncology to join our client's dynamic unified marketing organization.In this role you will be a marketing execution lead for the Oncology Clinical Solutions Segment (CS).
You will work with the Senior Manager of Marketing to drive clinical thought leadership programming with industry organization sponsorships, tradeshows, webinars with a deep understanding of clinical segment priorities, own the brand and digital strategy for Oncology, partner with customer and regional teams with effective messaging and efficient sales tools with an understanding of internal and external customer needs.This an opportunity to join a robust team of marketers where you and your skills are valued, and growth and development are encouraged as they empower better health through diagnostic insights.Responsibilities: Implement marketing execution plan based on the Clinical Segment Marketing plan.Lead in overall coordination, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate marketing efforts.Develop clinical presentations and sales playbooks, integrating benefits of Clinical Segment (CS) product solutions, service solutions, and brand into unique value story for B2B and B2C customer teams.Develop sales enablement and messaging content around clinical segment solutions for specialty sales team.Work with marketing agency relationships to drive a variety channels including but not limited to content creation, web content curation , SEO, event management, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and campaign performance analysis.Manage marketing spend on programs and measure spend effectiveness.Build relationships and partner with internal (business partners, peers) and external stakeholders (agencies, vendors, and other external partners).Drive re-balancing of priorities to meet evolving needs of CS.Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, Business degree preferred.5-7 years' experience in marketing.Healthcare marketing experience is required.Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross functional teams and in a matrix environment.Proficiency with core business technology tools (MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel, etc.)
