Looking for a Senior Accountant located in Lyndhurst to join a growing team! Client is very eager to hire!
- Assists with processing daily billing and reconciling cash receipts to daily bank statements.
- Processes credit card payments and reconciles receipts to daily bank statements.
- Calculates sales commissions for Sales team.
- Processes sales and use tax calculations and prepares sales tax returns in accordance with state regulations.
- Processes and prepares month-end reconciliation and journal entries.
- Monthly analysis of General Ledger accounts.
- Assists in the preparation and coordination of financial information required for the annual audit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (able to summarize using Subtotals, Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLookup, etc.)
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
