Huitt-Zollars' Albuquerque Office has a full-time opportunity for a Senior Architect Designer. The successful candidate is one who is committed to high quality design, sustainable architecture design practices, an enthusiastic, self-starter with a desire for learning and a collaborative spirit.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Architectural plans for projects focused on municipalities, health care, educational, and other facilities
- Perform analysis of design and construction systems, planning studies, design layouts and construction details
- Conduct site and construction inspections for information-gathering purposes, preparing reports
- Execute material selections, and technical solutions
- Analyze design and construction systems, design layouts and construction features, which require researching, compiling and recording information for assigned project work
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of experience with Architecture/Structural Design
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite
