Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage both Vice President calendar by prioritizing schedules and meetings.
  • Assist in planning and organizing meetings by taking responsibility for assembling the agenda, location, meeting technology (WebEx/Teams) based on participant needs, and all other meeting logistics. May further prepare meeting briefing documents by taking and disseminating notes and formulating post-meeting action item lists.
  • Manage logistics including off-site meetings, booking rooms in 3rd party locations, and incorporating travel time and juggling logistics as appropriate.
  • Act as a proxy for communications and approvals as authorized. This includes interfacing with internal and external senior executives. You must be able to answer general questions as necessary and refer routine matters to appropriate parties and follow-up to ensure proper disposition.
  • Support department in coordination and scheduling of travel arrangements and process expense reports for Vice President.
  • Data Analytics experience
  • Strong Proficiency/Aptitude with learning software/databases/dashboards/scorecards
  • Support department with administrative tasks and analytical support as needed
  • High proficiency in creating Power Point decks for internal meetings with senior leaders.
  • Coordination as needed with manufacturing plant teams.

Minimum Education & Skills

Education: Associate degree or higher strongly preferred.

Experience: At least 3 years progressive administrative experience; experience supporting executives highly preferred
