What will you do
Member of cross-regional project teams accountable for leveraging and evolving the Master Data Management Platform (MDMP) and Product Data Assets.
- Support all aspect of application ownership for MDMP including, but not limited to Process Design, Business Requirements, System Design, Product Backlog Management, Enhancement Evaluation, as well as oversight of Training, Communication, User Acceptance Testing and Organizational Change.
- Collaborate with Business and IT teams to shape and design end-to-end solutions for positive customer interactions.
- Participate and help drive the MDMP product roadmap by building relationships with partners to understand business needs and translate these into system requirements
- Recommend MDMP and Data Asset features and solutions considering priorities and tradeoffs, and help drive alignment among partners
- Lead and partner with other resources to “tell the story” of MDMP and Data Assets and feature releases; contribute to the creation and distribution of messages through various Kenvue communication channels to reach defined audiences to promote awareness of changes
- Support the following for projects:
- Data collection and analysis
- Material Numbering harmonization
- Data cleansing and data profiling activities for Material data
- Partner closely with the Information Technology (IT) organizations to ensure that business requirements are translated to the technical design, configuration and documentation
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Global/Regional Operation Teams and partners
- Ensure required documentation and request tracking systems are up to date
- Take accountability to meet assigned deadlines and deliverables of projects ensuring all compliance activities are met
- Understand and communicate downstream impacts of changes to multiple systems
- Lead business analysis, needs analysis and business risk assessments for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with business partners to best support their business data requirements.
- Document business requirements in a way that effectively captures the business needs and conveys that information accurately and understandably to technical team.
- Develop, analyze process and data flows, identifying potential redundancies and overlaps in accountability and key decision points and report findings to senior levels.
- Efficiently communicate within business partner and IT organizations and facilitate resolution of business partner issues.
- Analyze global impact of product data (e.g. clash codes) in the event of acquisitions.

Required Qualifications
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience: 5 years of business experience in master data, supply chain, operations, or multi-functional business environment.
- Deep technical knowledge and skills to apply visualization and analytical toolset across a variety of datasets
- SQL*Plus, Tableau and related technical skills
- Office Suite — Advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint, Word, Access
- Strong interdependent partnering skills, interpersonal communication, and influencing skills required
- Multi-functional/Cross-company working experience
- Analytical skills, problem solving using data facts required
- Ability to courageously challenge the status quo
- Communication and presentation experience to peers and management required
- Ability to influence and inspire changes to business processes/systems
- Communicates in business and technical terms with equal effectiveness
- Ability to learn new functions and technologies – fast learner
Desired Qualifications
- End to end knowledge of Supply Chain business processes (e.g., Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality)
- User Acceptance Test Script Writing Experience
- Knowledge of ERP Systems - SAP or equivalent
- Jira hands-on experience
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $73,000 to $102,000.
