The Cybersecurity & Technology Controls group at JPMorgan Chase aligns the firm's cybersecurity, access management, controls and resiliency teams. As a Senior Executive Assistant within the Cybersecurity organization, you will be supporting a team of leaders delivering high quality and timely solutions in the Security and Control Assurance function.

A successful Senior Executive Assistant possesses the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism. In this role, you will need to work well in a team environment, be able to represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen, and deliver flawless work output. You should demonstrate experience in developing relationships in a highly-matrixed organization, as well as experience in handling the administrative and executive support related tasks with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars for multiple leaders in a fast paced and dynamic environment scheduling internal and external meetings; adjust and prioritize last-minute changes including logistics such as conference rooms, events, and catering, etc.
  • Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel and process invoices and T&E expenses for supported leaders
  • Support local event planning and execution as needed
  • Assist with organizing aspects for offsite conferences and external events, including catering and transportation
  • Assist with staff on-boarding and off-boarding, which includes requesting equipment setup and system access as well as real estate planning
  • Maintain confidential data, enforce internal controls, and comply with policies and procedures
  • Work cooperatively with the administrative assistants team, in positive partnership to provide seamless support

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a demanding, changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills - confident, organized, and clear
  • Effective travel planning skills and knowledge
  • Self-motivated, personal leadership, ability to be discrete, highly collaborative and team oriented
  • Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment tied to solid judgment, decision making and problem solving skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 5+ years of administrative support, ideally supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above

Additionally, this role is a High Risk Roles (HRR). HRR are sensitive roles within the technology organization that require high assurance of the integrity of staff by virtue of 1) sensitive cybersecurity and technology functions they perform within systems or 2) information they receive regarding sensitive cybersecurity or technology matters. Users in these roles are subject to enhanced pre-hire screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks (as allowed by law). The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.
