Compensation: Up to $120,000 base DOE, plus incentive comp and origination comp.

$120,000 base potential DOE

• Manages a full-time family law caseload
• Responsible for the competent provision of legal services, from inception to trial, including legal research; drafting motions, pleadings, orders, judgments and status updates; and overseeing and analyzing discovery
• Develop and execute legal strategies and advise clients regarding their best legal interests, serving as the principal contact between the Firm and the clients
• Prepare for effective, weekly case file review meetings with management
• Represent clients at mediation, deposition, trials, and hearings
• Consult with prep clients, experts, providers, attorneys, witnesses other parties for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial
• Negotiate mediated settlements for interested client
• Immediately report any concerns/threats of bar grievances/complaints to the owner and senior attorney
• Ensure that your bar license is in good standing at all times and provide owner and senior attorney timely documentation of CLE completion
• Contemporaneously track and record time worked on matters in the firm CMS and review/edit/approve all pre-bills within firm deadlines

• Be a graduate of an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in Tennessee
• Be in good standing with the Tennessee Bar Association
• A successful track record as a family law attorney is a must
• Strong interpersonal skills
