Senior Litigation Attorney (needs Federal litigation experience) Job at DRV Staffing
- Recruiting for a senior-level litigation attorney with federal litigation experience for immediate full-time hire for successful growing boutique law firm in New York City founded in 1994
- The firm is comprised of 15 attorneys and roughly 5 paralegal support staff
- The position is located in the office, no remote option available
- The position will focus on ERISA litigation for covered trust funds, cases are litigated around competing trust funds (BUT you don't need any ERISA experience, just need Federal litigation experience)
- The firm represents several funds of local unions with one international union, along with ERISA trust funds
- Ideally candidate has around 10 years of relevant experience--however, the firm is willing to consider candidates with less years of experience
- Requires NY state JD license
- Potential to grow into equity-partner position
- Estimated at 1,600-1,700 annual billable hours (so less than many large law firms; however the attorney should be expected to initially work a lot and very hard to get the job done, even nights and weekends as needed)
- Compensation & Benefits:
- $150K-$200K base salary
