Senior Financial Advisor

Job Description
Montis is seeking a qualified candidate for a long-term, career trajectory Senior Operations Analyst that will have a direct and meaningful impact on the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating and executing operational functions to both ensure optimized processes and facilitate company expansion. The Senior Operations Analyst will support the Director of Operations ensuring that the commercial operations run smoothly while also identifying areas of improvement and implementing solutions across the organization.

Location
Waltham, MA. While the position is predominately in-person, we do promote a flexible work policy.

Responsibilities

• Support daily reconciliation process, trade settlements, reporting, and overall data integrity
• Engage in daily communication with third-party administrators and custodians
• Monitor and process advisor and client requests
• Observe, review and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements can be made
• Assist in leading the back-office operations and technology strategy, including implementation and maintenance of app integrations and automation
• Support business audits

Prerequisites & Qualifications

• Four-year college degree (Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Economics preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an operational role (preferably with an RIA)
• Experience working with Charles Schwab and Fidelity Institutional platforms (required)
• Advanced knowledge and experience with financial technologies including Orion, ByAllAccounts, RedTail, and eMoney (preferred)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
• Strong service orientation and proactive problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
