Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Sr. Program Manager will join as a key member of our operations team and help build and shape the team for future success. Through a blend of data analysis, strategic thinking, operational process and project management (and execution), this role serves as the liaison to help our Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product and Engineering teams achieve their business goals with excellence. The Sr. Program Manager will develop efficient and scalable processes to enable team members to do their best work and accomplish business objectives. This position analyzes, experiments, presents creative options to solve business challenges, thrives wearing multiple hats and has an eye for detail.

Our Sr. Program Manager will lead a PMO team of Engagement Managers and Coordinators that will contribute to the ongoing organizational transformation to build and mature the PMO that will own, improve, maintain, and operate across the Partners ecosystem. Teaming with leaders across Partners and broader DrFirst, the Sr. Program Manager will work to ensure operational and corporate systems are effectively supporting Partner and Channel growth and our overall strategic initiatives.

- Develop and maintain key processes, policies, metrics and performance indicators to measure overall performance of the Partners business and provide foundation for continuous improvement. (E.g., Program Approach, Governance, Risk Management, Issues Management, Change Control, etc.) with foundational goals of consistency, predictability, and reliability.
- Provide guidance to operations leaders to identify risks, improve execution and remove barriers to execution.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build and launch new features and programs impacting DrFirst's Partners.
- Encourage strategic planning, process improvement, and standardization where suitable.
- Drive a culture of innovation and be an agent of change.
- Monitor KPIs trends, forecast future performance, and develop shareable data analyses based on metrics.
- Improve partner experience and partner engagement by understanding their needs and pain points. Identify, deep dive, and resolve issues surfaced through data and anecdotal input from customers, vendors, or operations stakeholders.
- Ensure predictable, consistent, and successful delivery of the program as defined in the program charter/scope.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent field of study
- 5+ years of previous program leadership and/or relevant consulting experience within in a matrixed management organization working with cross-functional teams and processes
- Proven track record of project management experience solving complex business problems from diagnosis through execution
- Comfortable visualizing data, and developing programs around it
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and continually evolve based on key learnings
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and handle shifting priorities
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in program management frameworks, knowledge groups & life cycles
- Strong analytical skills, proficient working in advanced Excel and SQL, experience working with large data sets
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification
- 5+ years Medication Management Program Management Experience (Pharmacy, Pharma, Payer, Provider/Hospital, etc.)
- Experience establishing and improving organizational change management practices
- Change Management Certification (Prosci, CCMP, etc.)
