The successful candidate will be talented, self-motivated and team oriented, and must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience in the accounting field
• Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise or QuickBooks On-Line
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on strong Excel and Word skills
• Broad base of practical accounting skills as well as grounding in theory
• Time management: Must be able to deliver consistent, tangible value to our individual clients while working within a balanced framework to support all our clients
• Project Management: Ability to take a large project and break it down into manageable tasks
• Prioritize, plan, and execute a high volume of tasks in a complex and ambiguous environment
• Strong team player: ability to synthesize overall team priorities with individual priorities
• Ability to work with and delegate tasks to specialists for overall team effectiveness
• Strong bias towards customer satisfaction in a time-constrained environment
• Form strong relationships with our clients and fellow team members

Preferred skills include:

• CPA preferred: ensure overall quality of accounting according to professional standards
• Experience with accounting system conversions and/or clean up
