Senior Property Manager Job at First Serve Property Management
Best Nest Housing is a BYU-Idaho student housing company in Rexburg, and we are hiring for a new Lead Property Manager. Our mission is to create a wonderful environment for everyone who chooses to live at our properties--and our managers play a key role in fulfilling this vision.
Minimum Qualifications: Ability to learn new software programs quickly | Knowledge of computers and Google products (Sheets/Docs/Drive) | Expertise in writing and grammar | Detail-oriented | Critical thinking skills | Happy and outgoing personality | Ability to lead a team of others
Preferred Qualifications: Sales experience | Customer service experience | Google Sheets wizardry | Property management experience | Professional social media experience
Compensation is salary based. Work hours would be 30-40 hours a week (during checkouts and check-ins the hours are longer). In-office hours will be 9-12 and 1-4. Additional hours could be worked remotely. You will lead a team of other Property Managers across a portfolio of over 700 beds. Your key role will be training the other Property Managers and you will work as one yourself. You may oversee many of the aspects of property management such as property tours, selling contracts, resident relations, property phone calls, property social media, processing contracts and payments, emails, property upkeep, and check-ins/check-outs. We are looking for someone that can give a long-term commitment. Our goal is to maintain continuity with our managers and have you become their trainer/leader.
