We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our team. The Senior Scrum Master will be responsible for guiding and coaching multiple Scrum teams and ensuring successful delivery of software products. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Agile development, including extensive experience as a Scrum Master. Experience in insurance or brokerage is highly preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor multiple Scrum teams on Agile practices and principles, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and achievable, and that the team understands the product vision and roadmap
• Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder team progress, and escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the Scrum teams, and promote Agile practices across the organization
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to continuously improve Agile adoption and effectiveness within the organization
• Provide training and guidance to new Scrum Masters and team members as needed
• Stay up-to-date with Agile trends and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement in Agile processes and practices
• Experience in Release Train Engineering (RTE) and scaling Agile frameworks is a plus

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Agile development, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, and ability to apply them effectively to software development projects
• Experience coaching and mentoring multiple Scrum teams simultaneously
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remove impediments and facilitate team progress
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and requirements
